pí (skin/case hardened/naughty)

So we've got chǎng which means place or building as in gōng chǎng ( work place/factory) but in this case lets call it a slaughterhouse.  Hanging from the ceiling is....

yòu (again; both...and..). and it's getting skinned.  Not sure what we can do to remember yòu though, or why the whole character is called pí.  This mnemonic concept ain't exactly easy.
